1. Digital Product Nature of Services
SCMBA Dispatch provides digital educational products, including online training programs, courses, downloadable materials, templates, and related educational services (collectively, “Services”). All Services are delivered electronically.
Upon successful completion of payment, customers are granted immediate or scheduled access to digital course materials and related content.
2. Delivery of Services
All Services are deemed delivered at the time access is granted to the online training platform, course dashboard, or downloadable materials, regardless of whether the customer chooses to view, complete, or utilize the content.
System-generated access logs and platform records are used to verify delivery, access, and usage of Services.
3. No Refund Policy (Strict)
All sales of SCMBA Dispatch Services are final and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
- All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances
- No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be issued once access is granted
- This applies regardless of usage, completion status, or personal circumstances
Non-refundable conditions include, but are not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Lack of use or participation
- Failure to complete the program or assessments
- Dissatisfaction with content or expectations
- Technical issues not reported to support within a reasonable timeframe
4. Customer Acknowledgment (Clickwrap Agreement)
By completing checkout and selecting the acceptance checkbox, the customer confirms that they:
- Have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions
- Understand this is a digital product with immediate access
- Acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable
- Waive any right to dispute or reverse payment based on refund expectations
This agreement constitutes a binding electronic acceptance under applicable e-commerce and digital contract laws.
5. Access and Usage Period
Unless otherwise stated, course access is provided for a limited period of three (3) months from the date of enrollment. Access may be revoked or expire after this period.
6. Technical Support
If a customer experiences technical issues accessing the Services, they must notify support at info@scmbadispatch.com within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to report access issues may limit support resolution options.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes. In the event of a dispute, SCMBA Dispatch will provide proof of:
- Purchase authorization
- Acceptance of these Terms
- Access and delivery logs
- Usage and completion records (if applicable)
8. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between SCMBA Dispatch and the customer regarding refunds, access, and delivery of Services.
